I also like the ease of having the signatures printed directly on the checks. Not to mention the cost savings of buying blank check stock. It is simple and refreshing to load one pile of the same check paper. We run 4 different businesses out of the same building and we were constantly changing out our pre-printed checks in the check printer. I typically dread new software due to the frustration normally encountered with any technical issues and the ability to get them resolved. Although I was hesitant to make this switch I am very glad we did. I would like to share our complete satisfaction with this product. Gaczi Consulting, the company that developed the software has been very good to respond the few times we have had technical or other support issues. Once installed it is easy to use and works seemlessly in the background. Overall we have been very happy with GCFormer. We have a server with multiple workstations and use the GCFormer network version. We found GCFormer 6 years ago and have used it ever since. Trying to store blank checkstock for 150 clients got unmanagable. We have an accounting office and prepare payroll for about 150 clients using QuickBooks. We manage several community associations using this software with QuickBooks to print our checks and deposit slips on blank check/deposit slip stock using an inexpensive laser printer with MICR ink.
